(More customer reviews)We bought this violin last week as a starter for our 10 yr old daughter. This is her first time playing and we did not want to spend the crazy amount of money that a rental violin through the school would require. We did not expect professional quality but we also did not expect that it would be so poorly made that it could not be tuned. When we took this to my daughter's first practice today, the music teacher basically said it was unacceptable. She could not get the violin tuned, the bridge is weak and the pegs were loose. So, even though it is a beautiful color, affordable price, and shipped fast...it is a disappointment. We wasted our money and have to look for a replacement now.
